What is included in this service?
We install all necessary files and create the database in your hosting service. If you do not have a hosting service, please contact us.We make sure CS-Cart is functional and all core elements are in place.
It usually takes one to two business days to get your store installed. If you do not wish to include your Hosting Service login and password into this order, you will be contacted by our Service Desk by email or phone. (This may cause some delays to complete your installation).
This package does not include configuration of your store (Taxes, Products, layout., etc...) or any graphic design/skin changes.
Web Server Requirements:
CS-Cart is developed to meet most server configurations ranging from shared hosting accounts to dedicated servers. In fact, there are only two core things that your host must have to run CS-Cart:
This makes CS-Cart compatible with almost every server that supports PHP and MySQL. However, we recommend Apache or any interchangeable alternative as the most robust and stable server for your web store.
Other requirements and recommendations include:
- mod_security module for Apache is disabled;
- safe_mod is disabled;
- GD library is installed;
- cURL support is enabled;
This PHP extension is required to ensure support for secure connections and some payment systems, including PayPal, Authorize.Net and Google Checkout, as well as real-time shipping rate calculators for FedEx and DHL/Airborne; - file_uploads is enabled;
- .htaccess file (if supported) should have the following directives allowed: DirectoryIndex, Deny, Allow, Options, Order, AddHandler, RewriteEngine, RewriteBase, RewriteCond and RewriteRule.
Service warranty:
If we cannot install CS-Cart in your hosting service because of technical incompatibilities, we will refund your payment.
